The pool in the center of the outdoor courtyard visually unites the building forms. As the hub of the residence, the kitchen connects the public and private wings of the house and possesses expansive views of the pool, side and rear yards. The house features enormous amount of floor to ceiling glazing that all is looking towards pool area. The privacy is achieved with trees and other plants that surrounds the courtyard. Vienna Way Residence is a family house designed by Marmol Radziner Architecture studio and located in Venice, California. The main feature of the design is a great connection of living spaces to outdoors in order to be up to date with modernist design trends. Two main volumes, anchored close to the boundaries of the property, divide the lot into thirds, bridged by a sunken kitchen in the center.
