Clean house design by Willa Nordic

Even though it is designed in modern and clean style, natural materials makes the place cozy as inside as outside. The raw concrete alternate with natural wood everywhere in the interior and their combination looks quite interesting. The furniture is relatively simple and adds minimalist touch to the interior. Although there is everything necessary for comfortable living. This stunning house is designed by Willa Nordic for Turo family. They created the house with using interesting materials and their combinations. It become a house of dreams for the family with great views of the lake near by.

Besides, that staircase is also full of built-in storage for books and shoes. The flat also has a very interesting golden art craft ceiling in the dining room which looks like it’s covered with a carpet. Wooden floors and furniture are other things that make the flat very cozy and livable. SANTPERE47 is a typical Barcelona’s flat of the end of the 19th century that was recently renovated by Miel Architects. As any other flat should, it features very creative space saving storage solutions. There are 2.20 meter high ceilings so the open plan living room features a staircase that leads mezzanines of storage and bottle racks.

There weren’t a lot of free space on the site so the rooftop garden with rain water catchments surfaces was created. The canopy on the roof holds solar panels that reduce 30% of energy consumed by the villa. The house is a great example of modern and sustainable architecture that uses the site as thoughtful as possible. Setia Eco Park Villa, designed by TWS & Partners, is located at the palm coconut plantation in 15 minutes ride from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Its design is modern, inspired by asian architecture style, but with an appreciation to tropical environment.

The bedrooms are located in the east overlooking the heart of the house, the garden. The swimming pool is a very interesting feature of the project. It is elevated from the ground creating a glass wall that allows views from within and the outside, creating views from different points in the house and focal point outside the house. The Devoto house is designed by AndrĂ©s Remy’s studio on the 18 x 24 meters lot between two existing buildings. In order to get some privacy the house mostly features views from the inside rather from the outside. The living, kitchen and dining rooms expose the garden that penetrates all the volumes in the house.
