This home is a quite new development by a large lake. Located within one of the last undeveloped parcels of land on Lake Minnetonka, Locust Hills, this new home blends an old-world aesthetic with materials and a color pallet derived from the client’s native state of Pennsylvania and incorporates several exterior living spaces to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
